Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

All products are made to order and 3D-printed specifically for you in our UK workshop. Please allow time for production before dispatch. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are in addition to production time and begin once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom:

  • Standard delivery: 2-3 business days after dispatch
  • Total time from order: 7-13 business days typically

International:

  • Standard delivery: 6-9 business days after dispatch
  • Total time from order: 11-19 business days typically

 

Please note: These are estimates. Delivery may take up to 2 weeks from dispatch in some cases due to courier delays, remote locations, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience.

PRODUCTION TIME

Standard Products: 5-10 business days from order to dispatch

Custom Design Products: 7-14 business days after design approval

Business days: Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays

Order processing: Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs & Import Duties:

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the amount. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.

Customs Declarations:

All international shipments include completed customs declarations. Products are declared accurately as "plastic gaming accessories" with correct values for customs purposes.

Customs Delays:

Parcels may be held by customs for inspection, which can add several days or weeks to delivery time. This is normal and outside our control. If your tracking shows your parcel is with customs, please wait patiently as this process varies by country.

Delivery Times by Region:

While our standard estimate is 6-9 business days after dispatch, please note:

  • Europe: Usually 5-10 business days
  • North America: Usually 7-14 business days
  • Australia/Asia: Usually 10-21 business days
  • Other regions: Variable, can take 2-4 weeks

Restricted Destinations:

We currently ship worldwide, but some destinations may experience delays or restrictions. Contact us if you're unsure about delivery to your location.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Lost in Transit:

If tracking shows your parcel as lost or if it hasn't arrived within 4 weeks of dispatch, please contact us. We will:

  1. Investigate with the courier
  2. File a claim if applicable
  3. Reship or refund at our discretion

Damaged on Arrival:

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at custom@vantforge3d.com
  3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund

Please note: We're not responsible for damage or loss caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.


DELIVERY ISSUES

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering.

Refused or Unclaimed Parcels:

If you refuse delivery or don't collect your parcel from customs/delivery depot and it's returned to us, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. We can reship for an additional shipping fee, or issue a partial refund (less original shipping and return shipping costs).

Missing Parcels:

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your parcel:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Check all potential delivery locations (porch, garage, mailroom)
  3. Contact your local post office or delivery depot
  4. Contact us if still not located after 48 hours

We'll work with you and the courier to locate your parcel.


ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Before Dispatch:

Contact us immediately at support@vantforge3d.com if you need to change your shipping address or order details. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order enters production or is dispatched.

After Dispatch:

Once dispatched, we cannot modify shipping addresses or recall parcels. You'll need to work with the courier directly (using tracking information) to arrange redelivery or address updates.


FORCE MAJEURE

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Pandemic-related restrictions and delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or industrial action
  • Severe weather
  • Political events or border closures

We'll communicate any known delays and work with you to resolve issues, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
